as you may have noticed, in this period you are experiencing delays in the availability of some products and some products have long been out of stock. The measures taken globally to tackle the Coronavirus pandemic have not only had and still have an impact on the daily lives of citizens, but have also been affecting world trade for some time.
Supply chains have major problems causing complete production interruptions or severe delays in normal logistics and transportation processes that have also become more expensive. Some raw materials are in short supply and the few available have reached prices up to 300% higher. The effects of these increases are becoming increasingly evident across Europe and around the world. For people, and for us as a company, this moment of crisis also means that some products are currently unavailable or available in very small quantities. All these problems have led suppliers and manufacturers to significantly increase their prices in recent months. These price increases obviously have an important impact on a small company like Cremona Tools. We were therefore forced to adjust the prices of the products affected by the increases accordingly.
We therefore ask for your understanding as this is a situation for which we have no responsibility or power of control. Unfortunately we cannot say for sure when an item will be available again and for this reason we understand your inconvenience especially if the item is immediately needed. Our goal, however, is to be able to return as soon as possible to offer you the complete range of Cremona Tools products and in the meantime, where possible we are trying to contain prices.
