Developed for bamboo work, the "Kuri" knives made of Japanese steel, are ideal for all processes where it is desirable to have the sharpening on one side only or a sharp edge thin and long. Thanks to the two different cuts, they can be used in all directions in respect of the vein of the wood. Without handle.
Hand forged from 2.5mm thick Blue Steel No. 2 with a hardness of HRC 63-65.
